Executive Director of Quality Assurance

This role leads the development and implementation of quality management systems ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Develops annual program and department work plans incorporating agency strategic priorities, regulatory requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Provides guidance on designing, implementing, analyzing and reporting data.
- Implements effective strategies for communicating policies to staff and ensures understanding and adherence.
- Collaborates with human resources training specialist to deliver training programs.
The Director will facilitate data review and analysis, support departments to improve services and operational effectiveness through data-driven decisions, identify areas for enhancement and implement corrective actions. They will also provide leadership to support the Operational Excellence and Risk Management Team and PQI Committees: Data Excellence; Service Ethics; Health & Safety.
QualificationsOur ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work or related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years compliance, quality assurance or regulatory oversight experience in a nonprofit or human services setting is required.
Experience with COA or similar accreditation process is strongly preferred. Prior supervisory experience is also necessary.
