First Nations Leadership Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our First Nations strategy and engagement across the APM Group. You will work closely with senior leaders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees, as well as external partners and other stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with our People and Culture teams to build a strong and inclusive workforce, with a focus on cultural competency and diversity.
- Lead engagement and partnership strategies to build relationships with local communities and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Advise on public policy and influence with government agencies, ensuring our voice is heard and our values are represented.
- Proven experience in policy development and program implementation, with a focus on Indigenous affairs.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in Human Services, Health, or similar industries, with a strong understanding of the sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and driving change.
