About The Role- Combine case management with proactive employer engagement to create sustainable employment matches.
You will provide career development planning, a strong customer experience for participants and employers, and maintain accurate case notes and documentation aligned with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with local employers and identify job opportunities through networking and business development.
- Work one-on-one with participants to understand goals, address barriers, and develop employment pathways.
- Match participants to suitable roles and support them through recruitment, placement, and post-placement care.
- Experience in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
- Proven success in sales or target-driven environments.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of employer needs and the local labour market.
- Ability to work independently and in dispersed team environments.
- Experience working with people with intellectual disability (highly regarded).
