Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Career Opportunities Specialist.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to source and create career opportunities for individuals with disability, injury or health conditions.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with employers and clients.

As a key member of our team, you will champion inclusive employment practices and focus on promoting workforce diversity.

You will engage with employers to address skill shortages through innovative recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Employment or Human Services, preferably, and proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.

You should be skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.

A current Driver's License is essential for this role.
