Critical Infrastructure Manager

As a Critical Ops Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the team that handles and completes day-to-day work orders to meet customer satisfaction.
- Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor their training and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching, as well as oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff.
- Set and track staff and department deadlines, and mentor and coach as needed.
You will also be responsible for reviewing work logs and outstanding items through the in-house system to ensure completion, retaining records, and presenting them to clients upon request. Additionally, you will require contractors and staff to comply with all safety and security requirements, and approve new vendors and maintain relationships with current ones.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4-7 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education. They will also have experience in Data Center Facilities Maintenance or Critical Infrastructure Environment with critical equipment such as HV/LV Distribution systems, HVAC, UPS, BMS, CMMS, etc.
In this role, you will lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company values. You will influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement, and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
