Security Leader for Critical Infrastructure

This is a key leadership position where you will be instrumental in safeguarding critical infrastructure and navigating the evolving threat landscape.
Main Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's cybersecurity strategy and execution plan.
- Evaluate and enhance the cybersecurity strategy and policies across both IT and OT environments.
- Conduct comprehensive risk and threat assessments for critical infrastructure assets.
- Establish a strategic roadmap that incorporates regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure alignment with business resilience and digital transformation initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced security leader who brings a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Chief Information Security Officer, preferably within a utility or critical infrastructure organisation.
Essential Requirements:
Proven executive leadership and team building skills.A CISSP or equivalent accreditation.In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory compliance.Direct experience with the successful implementation of OT projects.Strong communication and executive influencing skills.Desirable Skills- Program and portfolio management skills.
- Knowledge of IT/OT networks and associated challenges.
