Australian Market Growth Specialist

We seek a highly motivated professional to drive growth in the Australian market.
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers, developing trusted relationships, and expanding our presence across mid-market and enterprise clients.
This role requires a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in selling IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and engage prospective clients across enterprise, mid-market, and government sectors.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Procurement).
- Understand client challenges and position tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and deliver successful solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
