Marketing Connection Specialist

As a Marketing Connection Specialist, you will work across marketing, business, communications and product teams to develop innovative growth and marketing strategies. Your role will involve creating engaging content for social media platforms, communicating effectively with team members worldwide, and managing key stakeholders within the organization.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Assisting the Australian team in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Developing social media content and managing official social media pages
  • Communicating effectively with team members across the globe and managing key stakeholders
  • Managing marketing budgets and liaising with finance and legal teams
  • Project management with agency teams and managing timelines and workflow
  • Preparing decks and memos, including timely reporting of campaign results
  • Researching and monitoring trends within dating, app marketing and youth culture

We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, trends and audience insights. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment. They should also be adept at using Google Workspace tools, highly organized and able to learn quickly.
