Integratedliving Australia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, intimate personal care, and transportation to clients
- Implement health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support clients' care plans
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Certificate III or higher in Community Care
- Current drivers licence and a registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
- Confidence in using different forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Flexible approach to availability and willingness to be rostered within work hours of 7.00 am to 7.00 pm, Monday to Sunday
- Base hourly rate of $25.84 plus 25% casual loading plus super and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging
- Access to corporate discount on private health insurance
- Travel allowance of 0.92c per km and paid travel time between services
- Daily mobile allowance paid when using your own device for work-related purposes
