Integratedliving Australia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, intimate personal care, and transportation to clients
- Implement health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support clients' care plans
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational policies and procedures
- Certificate III or higher in Community Care
- Current drivers license and a registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
- Confidence in using technology, including smartphones and tablets
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Competitive hourly rate, plus 25% casual loading and superannuation
