We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at integratedliving Australia Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and meal preparation, to support our clients' daily needs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting social interaction and engagement among our clients.
- Implement health and wellbeing initiatives to support our clients' physical and emotional needs.
- Assist clients with community activities, such as grocery shopping and medical appointments, promoting their independence and social connections.
- Transport clients as required, ensuring their safe and timely arrival at appointments and activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing, ensuring timely interventions and support.
We are looking for a passionate and values-driven individual who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, working collaboratively with our team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
Requirements- Current driver's license and a reliable, comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a clear, concise, and patient manner.
- Empathy, compassion, and respect for clients' autonomy and dignity.
- Attractive hourly rate of $30.61 per hour, plus 11/5% superannuation and eligibility for NFP salary packaging (up to $15,900).
