Integratedliving Australia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing domestic assistance, intimate personal care, transportation, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support our clients' care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality person-centred care to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, including domestic assistance and intimate personal care
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Implement health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support clients' care plans
- Certificate III or higher in Community Care
- Current drivers licence
- Registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
- Confidence in using different forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Flexible approach to availability and open to being rostered within work hours of 7.00 am - 7.00 pm, Monday to Sunday
- Base hourly rate of $25.84 plus 25% casual loading plus super and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging
