About the Role

This is a vital support role that provides assistance to client families on a full-time basis. Your duties will involve:

  • Coordinating and presenting audio-visual presentations for services
  • Working with Funeral Directors to ensure AV and Chapel requirements are met
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of Chapels and surrounding areas
  • Providing support to families during farewell services
  • Collaborating with operations staff to provide effective administrative support services
