Service Coordinator

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Service Co-Ordinator to join this small dynamic and growing business that specialises in Inspection, Testing, Maintenance & repairs of Fire and Essential Services.
Your role as a Service Co-Ordinator will see you undertaking a range of office based duties including;
- New client set up
- Reporting (daily, weekly & monthly) for both internal and external stake holders
- Primary Quotations, follow up with clients and stockist
- Liaising with clients and field staff to coordinate and schedule technician and sub-contractors appointments
- Register and schedule maintenance & repair jobs in line with contractual and business requirements
- Stock management, ordering parts updating technician and distribution of stock
- Manage technician inductions, bookings and scheduling of work flow
- Data Entry and record maintenance in adherence to both internal and external stakeholders
- General administration and office tasks
To be successful for this position you will need to be tech savvy, have a high attention to detail and a can do attitude. You will need to be well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks as well as having a drive for further growth and development within a fast paced environment.
Your ability to work autonomously, utilise your sound problem solving skills and have the capacity to work in a multifaceted environment will see you thrive in this business.
This is a Full Time Permanent position working Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm and is based in Castle Hill
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
