About the Role


This role provides vital support and assistance to client families on a full-time basis.



  • Assist with coordination and presentation of audio-visual presentations for services
  • Coordinate AV and Chapel requirements with Funeral Directors
  • Maintain Chapels and surrounding areas to high standards
  • Support families during farewell ceremonies
  • Collaborate with operations staff to provide administrative support services

Requirements



  • Demonstrate a calm demeanor and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible to work weekends
  • Strong focus on customer service and business relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy and resilience
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite and AV system troubleshooting
