Home Furnishing Sales Team Coordinator

About the RoleThis is a Permanent Full-Time position, with 76 hours per fortnight. You'll be working a rotating roster, which may include day and evening shifts, as well as three out of four weekends in a month. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the daily operations of our sales team.
You'll work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our store is running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. This includes supporting daily operational problems, sharing your knowledge of our product range, services, and tools, and encouraging the team to actively sell our top-selling products.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with your team members and customers. You'll also need to be adaptable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about home furnishing and has a genuine interest in helping people create a better everyday life at home. You should have a solid understanding of our product range and be able to communicate this effectively to our customers.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that our sales area is clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked, and that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. This includes analysing and adjusting sales space capacities to secure high stock availability.
