About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Administration Executive to join our team at the Department of Home Affairs. As a key member of our Enterprise Business Solutions Section, you will contribute to the coordination and administration of our business solutions and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery and coordination of contract management.
  • Manage incoming mailbox correspondence, invoices, and accounts payable functions in SAP, supporting contract management and change administration.
  • Process analytical results and present data in formats suitable for interpretation.
  • Assist with risk assessment and risk management activities for projects and programs.
  • Manage expenditure, analyze, and report on financial information.
  • Approve or certify payments, entitlements, and other forms of expenditure with appropriate delegation.
  • Reconcile invoices and initiate investigations where necessary.

  • General administrative skills and sound organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with diverse stakeholder groups and communicate confidently and clearly.
  • Demonstrated high level accuracy and attention to detail in processing and recording information.
  • Ability to self-manage in a complex, changing environment with a high workload.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving with a solution-focused approach.

About Our Team

The Enterprise Business Solutions Section supports the automation of business process management for the Department of Home Affairs via the delivery of ICT business solutions on enterprise-wide strategic platforms.
