Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations efficiently.
- Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable as required.
The ideal candidate should have a background in Accounting & Finance with relevant qualifications. They should also have 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Age Care industry. Proficiency in Epicor system is highly desirable. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities are necessary for handling billing and reconciliation challenges.
