We are now seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our international finance operations based out of our Manila, Philippines office. This senior leadership role will oversee the performance, development and governance of our Manila-based accounting and finance team, working closely with and reporting directly to our Australian-based Financial Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all financial operations within the Manila-based international support office

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, compliance reports, and financial statements

  • Ensure integrity and accuracy across general ledger functions, reconciliations, and transactional processes

  • Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and accountability

  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls and ensure adherence to Access Group's policies and Australian financial standards

  • Deliver reporting and insights to the Australian finance team in line with group timelines and reporting requirements

  • Support the execution of audit processes and the preparation of year-end financial reporting

  • Identify efficiencies in reporting, systems, and workflow to improve turnaround times and team effectiveness

  • Coordinate with IT and systems teams to ensure optimal use of financial software (NetSuite preferred)

  • Manage day-to-day team operations including delegation, performance reviews, training, and task prioritisation

What We're Looking For:

  • CA/CPA qualification is essential

  • Minimum 10 years' finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Will look at Senior Accounting professionals who have led teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage accounting teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting frameworks

  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with Australian-based leadership

  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management

  • Proficient in accounting software and financial systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)

  • Commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing team capability
