Accounts Receivable Officer
Key Responsibilities:- Process daily bank statements, allocating receipts and payments accurately and completing the bank reconciliation.
- Raise and issue a high volume of invoices in an efficient and timely manner.
- Proactively follow up invoices and progress claims for payment, ensuring payment is received by due date.
- Accurately maintain all accounts receivable records and reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.
- Review contract documentation for accuracy on final accounts.
Experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including end-to-end bank reconciliation process and journals. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software with a problem-solving mindset.
