Procurement Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated procurement professional to collaborate with our project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of electrical, instrumentation, and engineering projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and databases to ensure seamless tracking and reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders through effective communication and engagement
  • Assist in the development and administration of tender documentation and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with project teams to monitor procurement schedules and delivery status, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes
  • Evaluate and enforce adherence to company procurement policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in procurement support, administration, or supply chain roles is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and terminology, including knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Proficiency in using procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Procore, ApprovalMax, Xero, PowerBi) to manage and track procurement activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant qualifications or studies in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
