Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead our IT Agile Methodology team in the Insurance Technology department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining agile practices, coaching team members, and driving project delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute agile project plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting program goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on agile methodologies, lean thinking, and scrum framework.
  • Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain effective project governance routines, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SAFe agile delivery and project management.
  • Undergraduate degree with Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
  • Advanced project management knowledge, including plan development, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
