Business Development Manager

About the Role
As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for AccorHotel's Conference & Events spaces. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the MICE sector, leveraging your expertise and existing relationships with Professional Conference Organizers (PCOs).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing business development strategies to drive long-term growth in the MICE sector.
- Building and maintaining high-value relationships with MICE clients, generating premium leads and securing top-tier business for our Conference & Events spaces.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative event solutions that align with AccorHotel's ethos of energy, performance, and excellence.
- Maximizing revenue potential by ensuring long-term returns from both new and existing accounts, consistently seeking ways to grow these relationships.
Qualifications
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile MICE clients.
- Masterful negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
