About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our Technology and Operations team. This role will play a crucial part in driving our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead IT Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital transformation projects, leveraging agile methodologies and scrum frameworks.
- Developing and managing project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure timely completion and within allocated resources.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, communicating project progress, and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic solutions.
- Fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation, and promoting knowledge sharing across teams.
- Managing and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing control measures as needed.
- Providing coaching and guidance to team members, promoting professional development, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on digital transformation and agile methodologies.
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
- Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile certifications, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello, and proficiency in MS Office.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
