Senior Digital Transformation Project Leader

This is a 12-month contract for an experienced Senior Digital Transformation Project Leader to deliver a key oncology system implementation as part of a broader digital transformation across the health sector.

About the Role
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of an oncology-focused clinical application, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across multiple sites, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and training activities, guaranteeing timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Ensure clinical workflow alignment and data governance compliance, adhering to strict regulatory standards.
  • Track progress and prepare regular updates for senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within healthcare or digital transformation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven experience implementing CHARM or similar oncology applications, with in-depth knowledge of oncology workflows and clinical data management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Comfortable working with clinical teams and understanding of oncology workflows, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
