Oncology Project Management Position

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the implementation of an oncology-focused clinical application across a regional health network.

  • Engage with clinical stakeholders to deliver patient-centric outcomes.

The successful candidate will contribute to a broader digital transformation across the health sector by supporting the rollout of CHARM or a similar oncology application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and workflows for the delivery of an oncology-focused clinical application.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate vendors and internal teams to deliver training activities.
  • Ensure alignment of clinical workflows and data governance compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare regular updates for senior leadership on project progress.
About You:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare or digital transformation projects.
  • Proven track record of implementing CHARM or similar oncology applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clinical teams and understand oncology workflows.
