This is a 12-month contract opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of an oncology-focused clinical application as part of a broader digital transformation across the health sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a key oncology system implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across multiple sites, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and training activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Ensure clinical workflow alignment and data governance compliance, maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
- Track progress and prepare regular updates for senior leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within healthcare or digital transformation.
- Proven experience implementing CHARM or similar oncology applications, with a track record of successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Comfortable working with clinical teams and understanding of oncology workflows, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
