Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our Australia and NZ operations. This role involves managing industrial and agricultural projects, providing expert advice on construction, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand agricultural activities across NSW, VIC, and NZ.
  • Manage key relationships with stakeholders including processors and customers, WHS, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees.
  • Oversee onsite construction management of multiple agricultural developments in multiple locations.
  • Oversee civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation.
  • Quote, tender, and manage numerous subcontractors.
  • Lead the Construction Team of Supervisors.
  • Be hands-on when needed while also undertaking preconstruction design and planning.
  • Travel between regional VIC and NSW.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects.
RequirementsKey Attributes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects successfully.
  • Passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams.
  • Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Flexibility to travel and multitask.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience working on new build construction projects – Industrial, Commercial, Residential, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in functional briefs, consultant scopes, and engagements.

You are a proven leader with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within construction organizations. Your background could be from commercial, industrial, institutional, or government projects.
