Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of assets across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand agricultural activities in NSW, VIC, and NZ.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including processors, customers, WHS, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees.
  • Oversee onsite construction management of multiple agricultural developments in various locations.
  • Lead civil, electrical, and hydraulic design and implementation for projects.
  • Quote, tender, and manage sub contractors.
  • Lead a team of supervisors.
  • Travel between regional VIC and NSW.
About You:
  • A proven leader with extensive experience managing complex portfolios in construction organizations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience working on new build construction projects - Industrial, Commercial, Residential, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in functional briefs, consultant scopes, and engagements.
