Senior Agricultural Project Lead
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled project lead to oversee agricultural developments across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure accurate tracking and compliance with organizational standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring proactive management of potential issues
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in an agricultural or related industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration
