We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to lead the onsite management of multiple agricultural developments across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand agricultural activities across various locations.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including industry partners, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversight of civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation.
  • Manage numerous sub-contractors through quote, tender, and contract processes.
  • Lead a team of construction supervisors to achieve project goals.
  • Travel between regional areas to oversee project progress.
About You:
  • A proven leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within the construction industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A track record of delivering successful projects with significant returns on investment.
  • Possession of tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar fields.
