Job Title: Digital Technical Producer

 

About the Job Role

A key aspect of this role is creating and modifying HTML and CSS code that accurately renders in all major email clients and leading browsers for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using Figma, Litmus testing, and QA to ensure emails are optimized for performance and aesthetics.

Additionally, they must be aware of and implement email HTML coding best practices to avoid email spam traps.

They will also structure the use of links, images, and styles based on industry standards.

Experience with marketing automation systems and campaign data management is essential for uploading emails and related assets.

The successful candidate will create landing pages and integrated forms for capturing campaign respondents.

They will also create offline versions of email and landing page assets for use by a third party.

Quality Assurance is a critical component of this role, and the individual must work directly with asset requestors to review and revise assets.

Furthermore, they will continuously evaluate and suggest process improvements to expedite campaign production.

Implementing list segmentation strategies for targeted email campaigns is another key responsibility.

The individual will also create and maintain technical producer job aids, including how-to and process documents.

Assisting with special projects as assigned is an additional duty.
