The Opportunity :

This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to supercharge our ecommerce growth through best-in-class CRM and email marketing. As our Email / CRM Expert, you'll take full ownership of our Klaviyo strategy, designing and delivering high-converting customer journeys that drive retention and sales at scale.

You'll bring creative flair and performance-driven thinking to every campaign from concept and design to testing and optimisation. Reporting directly to the Founder, we're looking for a Sydney-based expert who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and wants to help shape the next chapter of a rapidly growing Australian brand.

Dukes is a weight management system & health supplement business that sells Australia's largest range of weight loss products online. We have a range of 40+ products sold through our best-in-class eCommerce experience that has helped tens of thousands of Aussies lose weight and keep it off.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, design and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, aligned with brand and commercial goals

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategy

Design and build visually appealing, high-converting emails with strong brand consistency

Develop, test and optimise segmentation, triggers, content and timing to maximise performance

Analyse campaign performance, report on results, and continuously iterate to improve KPIs

Ensure seamless integration with Shopify, maintaining best practices for data sync, list hygiene and customer segmentation

Stay on top of email marketing trends, ecommerce best practices, and compliance requirements

Skills & Experience :

Minimum of 2+ years experience in an email / CRM role at an ecommerce brand or a specialist digital marketing agency

Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify, with a deep understanding of ecommerce customer journeys

Proven ability to design effective, visually appealing emails in Figma or Adobe Suite that drive sales and retention

Solid understanding of segmentation strategies, customer lifecycle marketing and deliverability best practices.

Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills to interpret results and recommend actionable improvements.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business with autonomy and accountability for results.
