Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the head of HR to drive strategic objectives and key workforce initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to develop people strategies and optimize organizational performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
  • Design and implement organizational development programs including leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with the head of HR manager to coach, mentor, and develop HR team members.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
