We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in the Financial Reform project as a dedicated financial business strategist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct an exhaustive analysis of current and future state financial processes, along with impacted business processes across the organisation, to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders from finance business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs and priorities.
  • Develop innovative solutions to design new financial processes that align with future state financial systems and support organisational goals.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to facilitate smooth transitions during the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong background in financial process analysis and detailed business process mapping.
  • Proven experience in performing impact assessments and conducting change analyses across finance business units and broader organisational areas.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex processes into actionable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working on large-scale transformation projects with significant organisational impact.

A valid National Police Check is required prior to commencement.
