Our Team

We are looking for talented Project Support Officers (PSOs) to join our Canberra team, supporting our Major Service Projects (MSP) Division. Our MSP Division is part of a large and well-respected consortium of independent, technical management partners, including Nova Systems and PwC, supported by a range of specialist SMEs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Preparation of correspondence, briefings, submissions, and reports
  • Coordination and scheduling of project activities
  • Working with external stakeholders to minimize impact to the project delivery schedule
  • Analysis of project performance against agreed plans and developing and initiating strategies to achieve project outcomes
  • Analysis of project plans and artefacts to ensure compliance with legislative, policy, and regulatory frameworks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Project Coordination or Project Support (ideal)
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management or related discipline
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders and effective communication skills
  • A passion for learning and the ability to prioritize and multi-task while working independently or in a team
  • Strong attention to detail along with demonstrated planning and organizational skills
