About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Project Support Officer, you will play a critical role in assisting project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including creating project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks, and ensure compliance with project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain project-related databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support project management.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a project support or project coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Asana, and Trello.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
