Food and Beverage Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Training: Coach, mentor, and train colleagues to lead operational outlets while coordinating daily activities.
  • Performance Management: Conduct people development check-ins, probationary reviews, and annual performance evaluations.
  • Guest Service: Respond to complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships to drive continuous improvements in guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food handling and alcohol service standards.
  • Workforce Planning and Control: Roster colleagues according to business forecasts and requirements, manage labor costs, and optimize shift efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house operations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Implement and enforce company policies, including cash handling, upselling techniques, and customer service protocols.
  • Event Execution: Set up, execute, and break down conference and event spaces, including catering and beverage services tailored to client specifications.
  • Menu Planning and Promotions: Assist in menu planning, special promotions, and event coordination as needed.
  • Guest Experience: Lead by example, provide genuine warmth and thoughtful hospitality, and personally welcome and recognize return guests.
