Service Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a Service Delivery Leader who will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team, fostering an organisational environment that supports staff, values performance and personal development, teamwork, customer focus and best practice outcomes in service delivery.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic and business objectives of the agency and support senior leadership.
  • This role involves developing, reviewing and implementing best practice policies and procedures utilising human-centred design, digital technology and data analysis to ensure delivery of timely and effective registry services.
  • It is essential to continuously improve engagement with regional stakeholders.
  • The role also includes reviewing and preparing timely complaint correspondence.
  • Initiatives/activities will be completed to support the agency's business plan and strategy.
Accountabilities:
  • The successful candidate will perform duties in accordance with the position's Human Resources Delegation of Authority, DJAG and the agency's policies and procedures and Principal Registrar's Instrument of Delegation.
  • The person will represent the agency at forums, workshops and meetings as required.
