Job Overview

About the Role

This position is responsible for contributing to the maintenance of accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS. The successful candidate will also be required to contribute to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activities, clearly communicate training information to staff, liaise with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing and feedback, support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters, provide P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets and leave requests, and provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team, as required, including interview bookings and candidate communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS

Requirements:
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
  • Have intermediate experience with the Microsoft suite including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Preferred previous experience in an Administration role
  • Be highly organized, with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and time management skills
