Employee Experience Specialist

This role is about creating a culture where employees feel empowered and supported. We aim to be a leader in professional services, connecting people with resources and investing in their future.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on workplace relations matters across all client groups.
  • Support the National Team (Senior Consultants and Managers) on operational and project tasks.
Workplace Relations Expertise
  1. Manage workplace relations matters, including conduct issues, employee grievances, investigations, performance management.
  2. Assess workplace relations risk and exposure and provide guidance on issue escalation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with client groups to understand and support their strategy, engagement results, and deliver on P&C requirements.
  • Advise on employment conditions, remuneration, legislation, and other related matters.
Specialist Knowledge
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in people and culture and IR/ER legislation, including Modern Awards.
  • Review policies to ensure they meet legislative and business needs for a national audience.

  • Timely provision of high-quality advice and support on workplace relations matters.
  • Effective collaboration with the National Team to drive operational and project success.
