
Employee Experience Specialist

This role is about creating a culture where employees feel empowered and supported. We aim to be a leader in professional services, connecting people with resources and investing in their future.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on workplace relations matters across all client groups.
- Support the National Team (Senior Consultants and Managers) on operational and project tasks.
- Manage workplace relations matters, including conduct issues, employee grievances, investigations, performance management.
- Assess workplace relations risk and exposure and provide guidance on issue escalation.
- Work closely with client groups to understand and support their strategy, engagement results, and deliver on P&C requirements.
- Advise on employment conditions, remuneration, legislation, and other related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in people and culture and IR/ER legislation, including Modern Awards.
- Review policies to ensure they meet legislative and business needs for a national audience.
Please note: A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required when dealing with sensitive workplace matters.
Key Performance Indicators- Timely provision of high-quality advice and support on workplace relations matters.
- Effective collaboration with the National Team to drive operational and project success.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
