Job Title: Payroll Specialist - Employee Experience ExpertAt our company, we're looking for a skilled payroll specialist to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 300 employees.The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience managing payroll and be confident in running the payroll department for multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering effectively with HR, Finance, and other teams.
  • Driving process improvement through a proactive mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Solid understanding of multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation.
  • Confidence in auditing and managing payroll and timekeeping systems.
