About the Luxury Resort
Located in a picturesque area, our resort provides guests with a stunning base for activities and relaxation. Our 5-star luxury resort offers world-class experiences including a showcase of the region's culinary reputation and five-star indulgence at our on-site spa.
This is an opportunity to work in a Full-Time position focused on maintaining high standards of presentation across the property while assisting with supervising team members.
- Providing direction and supervision to the Housekeeping team
- Driving productivity, motivation, and development of the team
- Ensuring company guidelines and work health safety practices are maintained
- Ensuring room cleanliness standards exceed guest expectations
- Monitoring labour costs and productivity output according to occupancy levels
The successful candidate will require availability across a 7-day roster between 8:30 am and 2:30 pm, as well as the ability to work one afternoon shift per week from 4 pm-8 pm.
We are seeking a hands-on and passionate leader who can support diverse teams. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience working in housekeeping within a minimum 4/5-star hotel setting, strong verbal and written communication skills, a genuine commitment to guest service, and excellent attention to detail.
