Front Office Manager Role

The Front Office Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel when the General Manager and Head of Department are absent.

This position requires an experienced leader who can effectively manage the Front Office team, monitor hotel security, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives within the Front Office team
  • Maintain high service quality standards that consistently meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to maximize room sales and food and beverage opportunities
  • Cultivate a positive service culture where staff are empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage departmental expenditure and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, and will participate in all Front Office communication, meetings, and training sessions.

  • Experience with rostering and staff entitlements
