This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team as a Hotel Operations Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our hotel operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead internal teams to achieve outstanding operational results.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and development.
- Fulfill rotating rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with hotel operating hours.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant hospitality role.
- Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain).
