This is a rare opportunity to utilize your analytical skills and experience in investigating suspected non-genuine or fraudulent claims, non-disclosure/misrepresentation and policy breaches.
About the Role- Manage a high volume of investigation referrals compliant with ICA Code of Conduct, best practice guides, customer service protocols, and Privacy requirements.
- Analyse suspected fraudulent and non-genuine general insurance (GI) and people risk claims.
- Provide strategic investigative advice to claims teams.
- Detect instances of fraud and factual anomalies in a timely manner.
- You have extensive claims management experience in the general insurance area.
- You possess strong analytical focus and attention to detail.
- You have excellent time management and ability to manage high work volumes and case loads.
