Claim Liability Manager

We're seeking an expert in claim liability management to join our Melbourne-based team.

The Opportunity- Review and assess all aspects of liability for allocated claims, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines
- Maintain open communication with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and meeting required timeframes
- Effectively manage complex claim determinations, documenting actions thoroughly throughout the process
About You:
- Prior experience in handling claims liability decisions or a background in workers' compensation is highly desirable
- You possess a high level of resilience, enabling you to handle complex conversations with ease
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential for success in this role
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are also crucial
