Key Job Duties

We are currently looking for a skilled Claims Specialist to manage and process insurance claims. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth handling of claims.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Effectively manage lodgements and repairs for motor vehicle claims using multiple claims systems and processes.
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers, agents, and service providers.
    • Interpret policy coverage and determine if coverage applies to submitted claims.
    • Process incoming insurance claims in a timely manner.
    • Authorise payments within scope of authority and settle claims efficiently.
    • Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arrange investigations.
  • About You
    • You have prior experience in a similar claims management role.
    • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • You have excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • You are proficient in technology and comfortable learning new systems.
    • A passion for motorcycles is highly regarded but not essential.
