We are seeking a motivated Senior Business Administrator to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team in Melbourne. As a Senior BA, you will provide high-quality administrative support and leadership to the teams within VIC Group 3. You will have the opportunity to solve complex, specialized, and challenging requests, collaborating with and learning from other minds.
The Opportunity
- Monitor requests and ensure they are picked up and completed in a timely manner.
- Mentor, coach, and empower high performance in the team to ensure processes are followed and key objectives are met.
- Support annual talent mapping, salary reviews, and promotions process for the Admin team.
- Provide direct support to leadership, including coordination activities and support in specific focus areas.
- Step in to assist with overflow BA tasks during peak periods.
Requirements
- Likely to have achieved a professional qualification, e.g., a recognized relevant tertiary qualification in business, projects, or similar.
- Significant relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering business environment, demonstrated achievements, and all-round hands-on experience in administration.
- Experience in leading, engaging, and motivating teams and individuals and ensuring the right culture, capacity, and capability in place to deliver excellence.
- Results-driven, with the ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
- Works effectively as part of a team and constructively identifies and manages issues that impact performance.
