About the Role

The Smith Family is seeking a skilled Gifts in Wills Coordinator to join our Fundraising team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving strong relationships and engagement with our valued supporters through relationship and marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Gifts in Wills and Mid value relationship specialists to deliver stewardship activity.
  • Manage inbound supporter enquiries and execute outbound correspondence.
  • Coordinate thank you activity to supporters including calls and hand written notes.
  • Data quality assurance within our CRM and with suppliers.
  • Assist in the execution and delivery of our mass-market stewardship journey.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks where necessary and required.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with experience in a coordinator level role, preferably with fundraising experience. You will have advanced skills with MS Excel and Microsoft reporting tools such as Power BI, a strong eye for detail, and a mature attitude with high ethical standards in dealing with sensitive financial and confidential matters.
